I grew up in a small town in Virginia, but found the Colorado mountains calling in 2015, and have never looked back. I've been a massage therapist since 2004, expanding my education with a focus on performance and rehab, specializing in advanced sports and clinical massage. I work with a diverse clientele, including Olympic, professional, and collegiate athletes, as well as orthopedic and hospice patients, tailoring treatments to individual needs and conditions.
I'm a registered yoga teacher, creating and teaching classes that emphasize mobility, myofascial release, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and recovery.
My passion for end-of-life doula work began in 2001, working in a hospital as a college student. I continued volunteering with hospice over the next twenty years. All of this leading me to complete formal training as an End-of-Life Doula, through the University of Vermont.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with people I love, hiking, paddle boarding, exploring national parks, and discovering new cities.
Send me a message if you're interested in working together.
